Online Virtual Worlds: Applications and Avatars in a User-Generated Medium

Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet
Tuesday, April 1, 2008, 9:30 a.m.
2123 Rayburn House Office Building

This was a hearing held yesterday for the Congress' Committee on Energy and Commerce.
I've only listened to the opening of this, but it shows how relevant Web2.0 is and gives an excellent explanation of Virtual Worlds. I hope to finish it at some point. Unfortunately it's only available as a .wmv file, so I can't download an mp3 or anything. Makes it harder for me to have time to listen, but it sounds very good.
